The Northwest Collegiate Summer League is an NCAA sanctioned summer league for the best and brightest collegiate stars of the Northwest. Our teams include players from the University of Washington and Seattle University, among many others.

Marvena Kemp has over 20 years of basketball experience at all levels and hosting events in Washington. Here is some of her more notable work:

- Director of 15th Annual Shawn "'Reignman Classic"' Kemp

- Co-Director of 5th Annual Northwest Collegiate Summer League

- 12th Annual Big-D Football Camp

- President of the Marvin Thomas Memorial Fund



Cliff has over 35 years of playing and coaching basketball experiences at all levels. He was born and raised in Harlem, New York. After high school, Cliff attended Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale, Arizona. He played basketball for Seattle Pacific University, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, later earning a Master's degree from the University Of Washington. His most recent stint was 12 years as boy’s varsity assistant coach at Franklin High School. Cliff also was a girl's varsity assistant at Newport High and Inglemoor High. Cliff's passion for basketball lead him to coach AAU basketball with the original "Friends Of Hoops" summer basketball program, founded by former Sonic and current Denver Nuggets coach George Karl. Cliff has worked for the Seattle School District for 20 years, and is currently the middle school Head Counselor at South Shore PK-8 School.
