The Northwest Collegiate Summer League is an NCAA sanctioned summer league for the best and brightest collegiate stars of the Northwest. Our teams include many players from both the University of Washington and Seattle University.

Marvena Kemp has over 20 years of basketball experience at all levels and hosting events in Washington. Here is some of her more notable work:

- Director of 15th Annual Shawn "'Reignman Classic"' Kemp

- Co-Director of 5th Annual Northwest Collegiate Summer League

- 12th Annual Big-D Football Camp

- President of the Marvin Thomas Memorial Fund



Cliff was born and raised in Harlem New York. After playing and graduating from high school Cliff went on to play at Scottsdale CC in Scottsdale, Arizona, which led him to the Great Northwest where he played and graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a BA in Social work, and earned a MSW Degree from the University Of Washington. Cliff has over 35 years of playing and coaching basketball experiences at all levels. His most recent stint was 12 years as boy’s varsity assistant coach at Franklin High School 2011. Cliff also was a girls varsity assistant at Newport HS, and Ingle moor HS. Cliff basketball passion also lead him to coach AAU basketball with the original Friends Of Hoops Summer basketball program founded by former Sonic and current Denver Nuggets coach George Karl. Cliff is the Middle School head Counselor at South Shore PK-8 and has work for the Seattle School district over the last 20 years..
